Who we are
ABS & HDR Publisher Group is an independent academic publisher. We publish iLMGate‑Medicine, a peer-reviewed open-access journal connecting the biological foundations of medicine with modern clinical practice, and we are building carefully towards a wider portfolio.
Our editorial board is made up of researchers and clinicians working in universities and research centres, and every one of them is listed publicly with their position and institution. We think that is the minimum a publisher owes the authors who trust it with their work.
What we stand for
Open access, in full
Everything we publish is free to read from the day it appears — no subscription, no institutional login, no embargo. Just as importantly, there are no article processing charges, so an author's budget never decides whether good research gets published.
Honest peer review
Manuscripts are assessed by people who know the subject. Reviewers give structured ratings on originality, technical quality, clarity and significance, together with written comments for the author. Editors make the final decision, and the author can follow the whole process from their own dashboard.
Ethics we can be held to
We follow COPE guidance on authorship, competing interests, and research and publication ethics, while retaining editorial independence in the decisions we make. Our full policies are published on the journal site, not hidden in a PDF.
A permanent record
Published articles receive a DOI and are archived so they remain citable and findable. Revisions are kept as distinct versions with their reviews and decisions attached, so the history of a paper stays intact.
